• Greet and serve members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe bar area.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Provide information about the club's services and facilities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Proactive team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Desirable: L2 certificate in food safety and hygiene.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role would be an advantage.
