This role is more than delivery. As part of the SLT, you'll lead in a fast-growing business now transforming strategically from the inside out.

You will take full ownership of $20 to $25 million in infrastructure delivery each year, leading multiple water infrastructure projects where Sydney Water is the end client. • Lead and manage concurrent water infrastructure projects
• Take full accountability for safety, commercial performance, program delivery, and quality outcomes
• Engage closely with the tendering and commercial teams from early bid stage through to completion
• Oversee a strong support team, including dedicated HSEQ resources, post-award commercial and project controls support and a CA or QS on each project
• Manage 6-10 direct reports (depending on the size of projects)
• Report directly to the General Manager
• Work flexibly across office and site (2–3 days expected onsite or in the office each week)

• Background in Tier 2–4 civil or utilities contracting
• Deep understanding of utilities infrastructure, particularly water and wastewater
• Ability to add value through early contractor involvement and engineering-led problem solving
