Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in the Canadian Public Sector? Our client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. In this role, you'll collaborate with public sector stakeholders, guide technical teams, and architect impactful solutions that improve service delivery and citizen experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned with digital transformation goals in the public sector.
Lead solution delivery across various Dynamics 365 modules, including Customer Service, Case Management, and E-commerce.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, aligning technology solutions with business priorities.
Collaborate with municipal, provincial, and federal clients to enhance operational efficiency and citizen engagement.
Build and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase solution capabilities.
Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Manage and optimize Microsoft licensing strategies to support cost-effective deployments.
Support AI-driven initiatives using Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and chatbot integration to enhance automation and service delivery.
Mentor internal teams and deliver training to IT staff and business users.
Guide clients through UAT and deployment, ensuring seamless transition to production.
Maintain reusable demo environments and train technical teams using real-world applications (e.g., Region of Durham).
Stay current on platform updates, licensing changes, and best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions at enterprise scale.
Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives within Canadian public sector organizations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience leading technical teams and complex solution deployments.
Familiarity with Microsoft AI tools (e.g., Copilot, AI Builder) and their application in customer engagement scenarios, including AI-powered chatbots.
In-depth knowledge of licensing models and optimization strategies.
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams.
