As an office Full time evening Cleaner, you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level.
Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and wash floors, stairs, and other building surfaces.Clean windowsills, interior glass doors, partitions, and designated windows.Wash entrance door glass and trim (interior/exterior) and spot-clean interior walls daily as needed.Clean and sanitize bathrooms; restock paper and soap supplies. Standard procedures include wiping glass surfaces, emptying waste bins, servicing dispensers, dusting sills, cleaning tile walls, shelves, and partitions, and sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing floors.Provide assistance to the supervisor with tasks requiring employee support.Monitor and report maintenance issues (e.g., clogged fixtures, burnt-out lights) to the supervisor.Collect building waste daily, dispose of it in approved containers, and move it to designated collection areas.Replace liners in waste baskets and trash receptacles as specified.Perform high dusting and wall washing as required.Carry out other duties as assigned.Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must have Drivers license and vehicleA great attitude!Floor care experience an asset (able to scrub, buff and polish floors)A minimum of 6 months' cleaning experienceMust be comfortable standing for a long period of timeMust be comfortable using cleaning productsAble to communicate with supervisor, Client and general publicAble to lift up to 25 lbsA clear criminal background check is required for this role.
