Our client is seeking an organized Production Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience in production planning. Ideal candidates will have experience in scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, and strong communication skills. You will manage priorities across the shop floor while minimizing delays and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain production schedules based on customer needs
• Monitor manufacturing work orders using ERP/MRP systems
• Coordinate workflow between fabrication, assembly, and shipping
• Address scheduling conflicts and material shortages promptly
• Communicate schedule changes to production employees
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of production planning experience
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting
• Detail-oriented with accurate data handling
