Operate rotary die cutting equipment with Graphic Packaging International, using setup, troubleshooting, and carton inspection skills in manufacturing operations. Assist press production teams with quality-focused machine work.
The Rotary Die Operator operates or tends equipment transforming paperboard into consumer packaging products. This position supports the Press Operator through machine duties, finished-carton catching, cross-training, and duty switching. Folding carton experience on Rotary Die equipment is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up die cut sections, skews, and delivery tables
- Adjust equipment and troubleshoot during production runs
- Monitor carton warp, cutting, size, and print quality
- Assist the Press Operator and catch finished cartons
- Complete production, safety, clearance, and quality reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Folding carton experience on Rotary Die equipment preferred
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Ability to distinguish colors and shades visually
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
Support rotary die production through equipment setup, quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and accurate reporting at Graphic Packaging International.
