Production Operations Supervisor

This Production Supervisor coordinates production and operating workers while supporting effective manufacturing and goods distribution. The position includes reviewing operations, resolving production or processing problems, and analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance information. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, machines, and tools supports the work.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers
Recommend improvements to production methods and equipment performance
Review operations and resolve processing problems with staff
Develop production tracking and quality control systems
Maintain production reports and personnel records
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree in business or related field preferred
Verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time
Knowledge of machines, tools, repair, and maintenance
Use production supervision, quality control, and equipment knowledge to coordinate workers and address manufacturing problems effectively.
