Food quality monitoring and microbiological sampling define this Quality Control Technician role port production while verifying hygiene, sanitation, and product conformity.
Reporting to the Quality Director, you will help control food processing quality work includes finished-product analyses, complaint investigations, non-conformity reporting, and support for production quality issues. You will also contribute to improvement projects and new product development with Process and R&D.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform verification rounds and coach production teams in the field
- Verify hygiene and sanitation standards across production lines
- Investigate internal and external product complaints
- Conduct microbiological sampling and physicochemical analyses
- Calibrate measurement equipment and monitor product shelf life
- College diploma in Dietetics or Food Process and Quality Technology
- Relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Excellent French and strong English communication skills
- Rigor, good judgment, and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
