As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment, master your food and beverage craft, and connect with customers and colleagues to make a positive impact every day.

• Provide friendly, personalized service to customers and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Prepare beverages and food items to standard recipes and customer specifications, including temperature and ingredient adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; handle cash operations and store safety practices as required.
• Engage with customers to discover needs and respond with clear, pleasant communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations and high-quality products.
