Sales Associate

Fast Eddie Authentic Apparel specializes in creating high-quality apparel and accessories, including jackets, hats, fleece, and travel mugs. The company designs, develops, and manufactures its products in-house, offering customers unique and original designs, and ensuring streamlined production and direct delivery.

This is a full-time, 1‑year maternity leave cover position, on-site in Uxbridge, ON, for a Sales Associate with the opportunity to stay on after the contract. The Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, showcasing products, and guiding them through their purchases. The role may include meetings in and out of the office, PowerPoint presentations, and quotes based on individual client needs.

Additional duties include processing transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting sales strategies to achieve team and individual goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
• Sales and customer service experience, with knowledge of retail operations
• Organization, attention to detail, and inventory management skills
• Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems or other retail software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Previous experience in the apparel and accessories industry is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to meet customer needs
