DSI seeks customer-focused Retail Sales Associates for a store-within-a-store setting inside a high-traffic retail partner location. You will educate customers about AT&T devices, plans, and services while pursuing performance goals. The work combines customer engagement, product education, accurate transactions, and service activation.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail environment
- Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
- Educate shoppers about AT&T products, devices, plans, and services
- Process transactions and activate service plans accurately
- Maintain brand compliance and visual merchandising standards
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year of preferred retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, mobile devices, and tablets
- Flexible availability, including weekends as needed
