Structured delivery shifts require safe driving, accurate orders, and clear customer communication from retail locations to every door.
The Delivery Driver completes timely deliveries while representing the brand professionally throughout the customer journey. Downtime may include basic guest service, inventory support, store upkeep, and break coverage. Success requires dependable performance, initiative, teamwork, and comfort switching between road and in-store duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Load, transport, and deliver customer orders safely
- Follow assigned routes and time schedules
- Use delivery applications according to training
- Answer questions and communicate complaints to dispatch
- Support guest service, inventory, and store upkeep
- Personal insured vehicle permitting business delivery use
- Valid Full G or Class 5 driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract and criminal background check
- Smartphone with data plan and car charger
- Weekend and Monday-Sunday, 11am-9pm availability
