Das kannst du bewirken
- Du lernst, wie unsere Milchprodukte entstehen – von der Annahme bis zur Verpackung- und arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung.
- Du steuerst, überwachst und reinigst unsere hochautomatisierten Produktionslinien.
- Du führst Qualitäts- und Hygienekontrollen durch und hältst deine Ergebnisse exakt fest.
- Du nimmst Proben, analysierst sie im Labor und triffst schnelle Entscheidungen.
- Du wechselst regelmässig die Abteilung und lernst so Frischprodukte oder die Käseherstellung kennen.
- Sek- oder Realschulabschluss mit guten Noten in Naturwissenschaften und Mathe.
- Leidenschaft für Milchprodukte und einen ausgeprägten Geruchs- und Geschmackssinn.
- Technisches Verständnis und Freude am Arbeiten mit computergesteuerten Anlagen.
- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsfreude, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und grosse Lernbereitschaft.
