EY invites you to join our Assurance practice in Ottawa as a Senior Staff Accountant. You’ll work with a global network of clients, from small businesses to world‑leading brands, delivering high‑quality audit services and trusted advice.

• Deliver quality assurance services to clients across diverse industries.
• Lead fieldwork, review audit procedures and provide professional judgment on complex accounting matters.
• Develop strong client relationships, maintain ongoing client contacts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Guide and coach audit staff, provide performance feedback and support staff development.
• Utilize technology to enhance service delivery and continual learning.

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting.
• Progress toward Canadian CPA designation.
• 2‑3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm (or relevant industry experience).
• Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated teamwork, leadership and integrity in a professional environment.

• Experience working independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic team‑oriented environment.
