Outlier, an AI training platform operated by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers for flexible project work. You will assess model outputs across adherence, quality, realism, naturalness, and clarity. The work includes live conversations with AI voice models, media comparisons, and precise explanations of identified issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models
- Compare generated images and videos against prompts
- Inspect outputs for visual, motion, text, and audio problems
- Rate outputs and explain evidence in English
- Label actions and correct draft video captions
- Fluent English with strong written communication
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Comfort with natural conversational situations
- Experience writing concise evidence-based reviews
- Ability to choose clearly when both options have flaws
