We are seeking a full‑time, permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR is the first point of contact for customers, welcoming them, listening to concerns, and ensuring they feel confident that their needs will be met. The role is fast‑paced and offers continual learning.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and service requests
• Provide accurate information on products, services and inventory
• Document and track customer interactions in ERP system
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
• Participate in on‑call rotation and be available outside office hours as needed

• 2‑3 years of office/customer service experience (preferred)
• Bilingual in French and English (required)
• Superior communication skills dealing with challenging service calls
• Proficient computer skills (ERP programs, MS Office, Excel)
• Typing speed 50‑60 wpm
• Excellent attention to detail and efficient data entry
  
  Strong memory retention (service over 300 manufacturers and thousands of customers)
• Knowledge of Eastern Ontario
• Flexible and able to participate in on‑call rotation

Salary: $22 – $24 per hour
