Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an initial 7 months contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is hybrid, 2 days per week in office in Ottawa.
Responsibilities Include:Addressing client phone and email inquiries promptly and efficientlyApplying problem-solving skills and discretion to meet customer needsSupporting center operations by following goals, policies, and proceduresIdentifying sales opportunities and fostering teamwork through positive engagementMust Have
Qualifications:2+ years of experience working in the Financial IndustryStrong knowledge of securities settlement2+ years of customer service experience working in a contact center environmentNice to have
Qualifications:Completion of a CSC courseCantonese, Mandarin, or French speakingPrior contact center experience in the Financial Industry
