We’re hiring Relocation Advisors to be the primary point of contact for Canadian Armed Forces members and their families during their relocations. Your main goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

This is an excellent entry-level role with opportunities for advancement based on your performance and skills.

Hourly Rate: $21.63/hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (with the possibility of working until 8:00 PM as needed).

Paid Training: 3 weeks (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Contract Type:
Full-time, temporary with the possibility of permanent transition.

Location:

West downtown Ottawa, easily accessible by public transit (paid parking available).

Responsibilities
What you'll do:

Provide Multichannel Support:
Serve as the sole point of contact for clients, offering guidance and support through various channels like phone, email, chat, and video calls.

Host Virtual Sessions:
Lead virtual planning sessions to help clients with their move, answering all inquiries and addressing complex challenges.

Manage Expenses:
Handle the financial side of relocations by reviewing and processing advance requests and expense claims.

Administrative & Record Keeping:
Provide administrative support and maintain accurate, detailed records of every client interaction.

Skills:

You are an organized and empathetic person with excellent communication skills. You can manage multiple communication channels at once and handle sensitive information with care.

Solve Problems:
Proactively manage client requests and expectations to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Bilingualism in French and English (both written and spoken) – essential for effectively assisting our clients.

At least 1 year of call center experience OR strong customer service experience (retail, hospitality, etc.) and administrative skills.

Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to perform under pressure or in complex situations.

Eligibility for government security clearance:
Must have lived in Canada for at least 5 years.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and able to navigate between various platforms efficiently.
