AO Globe Life is thrilled to announce an opening for a Client Services Representative in Life Insurance, featuring an exciting Accelerated Management pathway! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with their life insurance inquiries and ensuring they receive top-tier service.

As a Client Services Representative, you’ll be essential in managing client accounts, addressing questions, guiding clients through their policies, and building strong relationships that boost customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding life insurance products and services
  • Manage client accounts, offering continuous support and assistance
  • Help clients fully understand their life insurance policies, benefits, and options
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products
  • Maintain accurate client information in our database
  • Work with management to identify service improvement opportunities
  • Participate in training programs to develop leadership skills for future advancement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficient in computer use, including MS Office applications
  • Willingness to pursue LLQP if not already certified (training provided)
