A local insurance agency in Ottawa is looking for a Billing & Customer Support Specialist. This full-time position, based in the Innes / Tenth Line office, requires fluency in both English and French. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients for billing purposes, liaising with the head office, and assisting with general client support.

This role offers $18.00 per hour with potential for advancement to a salaried position after licensing completion.
