Concession Cashier Coat Check Attendant

Deliver guest service in Ottawa as an Aramark Concession Cashier and Coat Check Attendant using payment handling and organization skills.

This hourly and seasonal role supports concession and coat check operations under guidance from operational leaders. You will greet guests, process payments, provide menu and event information, and manage coats through a numerical system. The position also includes stocking, cleaning, and assigned opening or closing duties.

• Greet guests and provide exemplary customer service
• Receive payments, issue receipts, refunds, or credits
• Communicate coat check procedures and return items efficiently
• Stock concession items and maintain organized service areas
• Complete opening, closing, and daily side-work duties

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Basic math and counting skills required
• Smart Serve Certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
