49 is currently seeking an Interior Designer to join the Ottawa, ON office.

Responsibilities- Develop conceptual designs to communicate with clients and stakeholders in collaboration with team and Project Manager.
- Research, source and specify manufacturers for finishes, furniture systems, fixtures as required.
- Develop deliverables in REVIT or AutoCAD required at various project stages including functional programming, schematic design, working drawings, and contract administration.
- Perform site audits or surveys to document existing conditions.
- Support and assist as necessary with contract administration during construction.
- Intern or Registered Interior Designer in Ontario (ARIDO), or eligible to be registered in Ontario.
- College diploma or university degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited program.
- Min of 2+ years of work experience in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Interior Design drawing package coordination and production.
- Experience in functional programming and selecting materials and furnishings.
- Workplace design and planning experience.
