You as a MEiT Superintendent will:
Review and understand M&E contractsDevelop Water main and Sanitary ERPM&E Design assist with Engineers and consultantResponsible for supervising and coordinating all M&E Field related scopes of work on a Project. Performs all functions and responsibilities in consonance with the company’s values and beliefs.Project Start up Mechanical and Electrical requirementsScheduling-Work with Area Superintendents to provide M&E 6 week look ahead to coincide with their activitiesReview and provide input for overall M&E schedulesFinancial Management, understand M&E budgets, Billing and InvoicingReview M&E Contractors submittals, ITPs, QA/QC program, execution plans provide input and feedbackReporting-daily Superintendent reports, safety inspections, PSA, QA/QC auditsIdentify and track deficiencies to resolve within contractual timelinesResponsible for supervising and coordinating all M&E Field related scopes of work on a Project. Performs all functions and responsibilities in consonance with the company’s values and beliefs.Is this the right role for you?
