Position: Senior Staff, Analog Design Engineer
Job Description Define, design and develop innovative circuits for high-performance timing productsMentor, lead and/or supervise junior designersWork closely and efficiently with remote engineering teams such as layout, digital, system design and validationSupport Test, debug and characterize prototypes in the labSupport product validation and application engineering activitiesQualifications
Great attitude, self motivation, and excellent teamworkSolid knowledge of integrated circuit design, device physics and advanced process technologyExperience in designing PLLs or building blocks such as VCO, phase detector, charge pump and other related circuitsDeep understanding of transistor modeling, circuit noise theory and phase noise conceptsProficient in Cadence analog / mixed signal simulation toolsetFamiliar with Analog/Mixed Signal design flow, simulation models, design rules, verification procedures (DRC/LVS/ERC), and transistor-level simulationDesirable Skills / Experience Related experience in digital PLLs, crystal oscillators, VCXOs, on-chip regulators, DACs and ADCsExperience with analog behavioral modeling (Systemverilog, Verilog A, AMS)Hands-on experience with lab test and characterizationEducation / Experience
