Responsibilities- Enroll guests into the loyalty program, embossing and issuing rewards cards, transporting supplies, forms and assisting guests with questions, redemptions and special requests.
- Accurately enter player data into SG-CMP.
- Be well‑versed and knowledgeable of the Rock Star Rewards loyalty program and property promotions.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Meet and greet guests on the gaming floor as well as at special events.
- Assist with promotions, player development and redemptions as applicable.
- Act as liaison between guests and management regarding guest needs, complaints and concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Monitor and have working knowledge of promotional and enrollment kiosks.
- Provide amplified guest services where directed.
- Represent the casino at off‑property promotional events as needed.
- Check and retrieve guest’s coats and personal items.
- Stock and restock the area to ensure an adequate inventory of all goods.
- Perform cash and/or credit transactions with guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some demonstrated guest service experience/training required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specifically for position duties.
- Must be able to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

- Ability to read, write and speak French is an asset.
The working conditions are those typically found in an indoor, climate‑controlled office environment. However, the role requires standing for an entire shift and moving throughout the casino and/or hotel. The employee must frequently stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust to changing lighting conditions.
WorkingConditions
Duties are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but may require presence on the casino floor. Exposure to excessive noise, large crowds and a fast‑paced environment is expected.
