We are growing and searching for Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists to join our team in Ottawa. These are permanent full-time positions with typical hours of work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm local time.
As a Hearing Care Professional with Hear CANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, maintain a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

- Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing a range of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
- Stay abreast of trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make meaningful recommendations
- Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care and post-care solutions
- Collaborate with clinic team members to support walk-in clients and inbound calls
- Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registrant of CASLPO or AHIP in good standing
- Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
- Excellent communication skills to establish professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
- Ability to make product and service recommendations and provide patient-centric education to ensure product adoption
- Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) is an asset but not required
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset but not required
