We are Systematix and we are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Fiori Developer for an upcoming opportunity with a Federal Government department.
About the Project
The client’s priority to modernize finance, material, and people management information systems are to ensure that its workforce is highly responsive to ever-changing program needs and is capable of delivering against the demand for additional reporting. The Digital Comptrollership Program (DCP) is delivering an IT-enabled financial and material management solution for the Government of Canada based on SAP S4
HANA for use by a cluster of small GC organizations.
About the Responsibilities
Develop low-level detailed requirements, programming, and systems development of ERP Systems.Perform unit testingSupport functional resources in other test activities such as functional, integration, regression & user acceptanceDevelop and document SAP functional, business, and/or system requirements specifications.Develop and document screen, report, and interface requirements.Develop functional, business, and/or system interface or capability interaction.Gather and analyze information to establish the functional needs of a system or project.Design methods, programs, routines, extracts, functional modules and procedures for computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems.Develop, test, and implement small computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems.Plan and develop inbound/outbound SAP interfacesDocument forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures.Assist with regular maintenance and upgrades of existing programs, functions, and ABAP code.Assist with cleanup of development environmentsPerform or assist with fixes for ongoing issuesPerform or assist with bug fixes and improvements to ABAP expert routines and custom ABAP programsProvide advice, analysis, configuration, problem resolution, and unit testing in regard to programs, functions, modules, expert routines and custom programsPerform integration between SAP and other architectures.Submit progress or status reports using existing templates or MS Project ServerAbout the Qualifications
Significant experience with Fiori.Minimum of 120 months of experience as an SAP ABAP developer conducting ABAP development in SAP software.Minimum of 84 months of experience developing in SAP version ECC 6.0 or more recent version.Minimum of 60 months of experience developing programs, applications, enhancements, or add-ons using both of the following: ABAP objects programming techniques and Object oriented programming techniquesMinimum of 24 months of experience developing in SAP using CDS (Core Data Services) views.A valid SAP certification in ABAP.Experience as an SAP ABAP developer in:
Building Enhancements, Building Interfaces, and Building FormsExperience working on a project where SAP Fiori, S4 and HANA are used.Experience working on projects involving the maintenance, enhancement, or implementation of SAP in an SAP Public Services context.Experience working on a project where SAP Adobe Forms were implemented.Candidates must outline in detail how they meet the above requirements.
