Is this role right for you?

In this role you will:
  • Complete the printing and delivery of all regulatory and ad-hoc documents, such as tax slips, RESP letters, and KYC letters
  • Sort incoming mail, faxes and packages for internal delivery to all MD Operations teams
  • Perform electronic document imaging of legal documents.
  • Generate and deliver client statements and corporate tax packages for all MD business lines, as required
  • Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • A University degree, College diploma, or equivalent relevant experience in a related field
  • 1 year experience in office administration, preferably in financial services
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
  • An ability to work and communicate effectively with others to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Initiative, are resourceful and have a focus on accuracy
  • The ability to assess, develop, monitor, and improve complex business processes
