On behalf of our Defence based GoC client, S.i. Systems is searching for four Secret Cleared Service Now Developers for Defence based Integration and Interoperability initiative hosted in Service Now modules.
The Service Now platform will act as a centralized, user-friendly portal supporting the workforce in a digital, dispersed environment. By unifying services, support, and communication, it ensures easy, anytime access to essential tools and information. This streamlined approach boosts productivity by reducing time spent searching for updates. Built on best practices, it enables cross-departmental service delivery and enhances engagement through intelligent, personalized experiences.
Located in the National Capital Region, this contract will be performed hybrid with 2 days onsite per week.
Job Tasks:
Develop and maintain Service Now configuration and programs based on approved requirements working both independently and within a team;Create and modify configuration and code for software as per technical specificationsDevelop and apply REST (Representational State Transfer) API (Application Program Interface), Web ServicesCreate and modify screens and reports;Analyze functional requirements leading to the execution of the design, development and implementation of changes to the Service Now modulesAnalyze code and objects to determine functional fitProduce, develop and automate test scripts which validate codeDeliver technical specifications documents using the functional specifications provided by the functional and integration teamsProvide technical support advice and guidance for operationsJob Deliverables:
Provide status update on assigned enterprise-wide citizen development on the Service Now platformDeliver production-ready modules, configured in accordance with business rules and ensuring they pass user acceptance testing (UAT).Produce and maintain build books, data dictionaries and other project documentation throughout the projectMust Haves:
