Tasks include:
Play a pivotal role in cultivating AI awareness and literacy, leading change management, and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholdersApply communication skills, strategic mindset, and passion for innovation to guide the organization through the evolving landscape of AI technologies, ensuring successful adoption of AI tolls and practicesChampion AI AdoptionAct as the primary advocate for AI initiatives, driving awareness and enthusiasm across the organizationPromote AI Awareness and LiteracyProvide foundational knowledge of AI technologies, including opportunities, risks, use cases, and prompt engineering to empower teams without requiring deep technical expertiseLead tool rolloutOversee the introduction and integration of approved AI tools into workflows, ensuring smooth adoptionTrack adoption metricsMonitor usage, engagement, and performance indicators, and report progress to leadership regularlyDevelop improved strategiesIdentify barriers to adoption and design targeted plans to increase uptake and user confidenceLead Change Management initiativesCultivate AI literacy at all levels, address change fatigue, and foster trust through open communicationFacilitate collaboration across divisionsBridge technical teams and business units by translating AI concepts into clear language, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment and engagementShape future roadmapUse insights from adoption trends to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvementsDuration: 1 year+ potential conversation into permanent role
Work mode: 1 day a week onsite
Must have:
Eligible for reliability clearanceExperience leading/guiding the adoption of AI tools and technologiesNice to have:
Experience facilitating technology projects in a Microsoft environment (eg: Azure, , Copilot, etc.)
