Tomlinson is seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator / Developer to support the ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of our SharePoint environments. This is a full-time, on-site position. Applicants selected for interview may be asked to provide detailed examples of relevant past work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Development
Design, develop, test, and document SharePoint Online sites, pages, and components.Create and maintain OOB solutions and customized forms using Power Apps.Develop SPFx web parts and extensions.Integrate SharePoint with other LOB systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).Assist with migration from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online.Migrate SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate.Migrate Info Path forms to Power Apps.Power Platform & Automation
Design, develop, and maintain solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Build and maintain Power Automate flows aligned with organizational requirements.Provide end-user support for SharePoint Online and the Power Platform.Power BI Development
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.Create complex DAX calculations and measures.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, visually appealing reports.Support & Collaboration
Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to support SharePoint-related infrastructure.Analyze, document, and escalate critical issues appropriately.Manage and resolve support tickets through the corporate helpdesk system.Provide technical support in person and via phone.Deliver end-user training as needed.REQUIREMENTS &
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of SharePoint experience (on-premises and online).Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, governance, and security best practices.3+ years experience with .NET Web Services, T-SQL, and/or C#.2+ years Power Platform experience.Experience developing SPFx web parts and extensions.Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and deliver effective SharePoint solutions.Experience designing forms and production processes.Understanding of canvas and model-driven app development in Power Apps.Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services and building cross-platform solutions.Experience with modern versions of Microsoft SQL Server.Proficiency in Power BI report building and data visualization.Strong experience with DAX.Scripting experience (Power Shell, VB, C#).Experience with Power Platform integration patterns.Experience with Office 365 administration.Experience using the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.Excellent documentation, planning, and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated.TOMLINSON OFFERS
