Position: Secret Cleared BMC Remedy resource to for maintaining and developing ITSM-related solutions, services, best practices,

Our public sector client requires a Secret cleared BMC Remedy resource to for maintaining and developing ITSM-related solutions, services, best practices, and reporting capabilities to meet the IT service offering needs of the department
.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the process of migrating / modernizing some of the legacy remedy applications into a new ITSM platform
  • Participate in the process of migrating the current ITSM platform to a new ITSM platform
  • Provide technical advises regarding ITSM related situations
  • Propose technical solutions to ITSM related problems and challenges
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the current legacy remedy systems and its custom applications

    • Must have:

  • Experience responding to user requirements, using BMC ITSM system (Remedy 9.1 or newer)
  • Experience with BMC Developer Studio
  • Valid ITIL v3 Certification
