Our Government of Canada client is looking for a Change Management Specialist (Level
2) to support the implementation of a new solution by developing and delivering technical training for the client’s IMS team. The focus is on strengthening curriculum, delivery plans, and materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with client leadership to confirm/refine the technical training curriculum
. - Develop comprehensive training delivery plans and schedules.
- Create, adjust, and maintain training materials and artifacts for IMS team members.
- Support effective knowledge transfer and adoption during solution rollout.
- 5+ years relevant experience within the last 10 years (demonstrated using a maximum of three projects
). - Proven experience in training material development
, curriculum design
, and instructional delivery
. - Strong stakeholder collaboration and project management skills; adaptable to evolving training needs.
- Enhanced Reliability security clearance (active or eligible).
- Ottawa-based hybrid/remote (primarily remote).
