Job Description:
- Proven project management experience leading SAP Success Factors implementations
- Required:
Experience on at least one project where Employee Central (EC) was implemented and integrated with SAP ECC Payroll - Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS implementations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Lead end-to-end SAP Success Factors implementation projects, from planning and design through deployment and stabilization
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and client resources to ensure alignment and accountability
- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure successful integration between SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) and SAP ECC Payroll
- Manage change control, issue resolution, and escalation processes
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live support
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and governance standards
