Qualifications

· Mustproposearesourcethatmeetsthe

SENIORlevel with a minimum of 10 years ofcumulativeexperience

Or

5+yearsofexperience witharecognizedprofessionalcertification as defined in the TBIPS SA for theresourcecategory(P.9)
Project Manager.

· Must demonstrate that the proposed Senior Project Manager  resourceholdscertification.

Management Professional(PMP) certificationfromthe

Project

Management Institute(PMI).

· Must demonstrate using detailed projectdescriptionsthattheproposed

SENIORlevel Project Managerresource  has Five (5) years of experiencewithin the last Ten (10) years in an IM/ITenvironment as of bid closing performingthefollowing tasks in eitherbusiness intelligence, datawarehouseor analyticsproject:

Developingandtracking metricsto monitorprojectperformance;and

Promotinganddocumentingprojectmanagementbestpractices;and

Documentingandchampioningprocessimprovementinitiatives;

· Must demonstrate using detailed projectdescriptionsthatthe proposed

SENIORlevel Project Manager resource has Five (5) years of experiencewithin the last

Ten (10) years in an IM/ITenvironmentas of bid closing performing thefollowingtasks in either business intelligence, datawarehouseor analyticsproject:

Producing Agile project documentation, including(Scope Docs,Resource/Cost,Projections,Schedulesandperformance Metrics).

· Must demonstrate using detailed projectdescriptions that the proposed SENIOR level Project Managerresource has minimum of Three(3) projectswithin thelast

Ten(10) yearsinan IM/ITenvironment as of bid closing performingthefollowing tasks in eitherbusiness intelligence, datawarehouseor analyticsproject:

Managingallphasesofabusinessintelligence,datawarehouse

analyticssoftwaredevelopmentproject,includingplanning, development, testing, deployment andpost-releasesupport.
