Responsibilities- Guide banks through the adoption of enterprise SaaS by applying deep understanding of end-to-end architectures—from legacy platforms to modern SaaS—and bringing architectural insight to client engagements from presales through implementation.
- Articulate the business value of the Client’s platform within the context of each bank’s end-to-end architecture.
- Work collaboratively across the Client ecosystem, and in partnership with customers and industry partners, ensuring proposed solutions are technically sound, strategically aligned, and support customer business objectives and modernization roadmaps.
- Demonstrate passion for solving complex business problems through technology and communicating technology impacts through a business lens.
- Enhance Customer Value Through Strategic Engagement & Innovation:
Partner with clients and prospects to understand business priorities and co-create architectural roadmaps that demonstrate the value of the Client’s platform. - Drive Enterprise SaaS Architecture Excellence:
Provide end-to-end architectural guidance across modernization and SaaS adoption efforts, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to strategic outcomes. - Foster High-Performing
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Support a culture of technical excellence across engineering, product, and delivery teams. Mentor solution architects and engineers, champion best practices, and ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal business and technical SMEs and stakeholders.
- Act as an external client-facing resource to ensure successful outcomes and solution adoption.
- Strong enterprise SaaS background with comprehensive end-to-end product architecture experience; ability to work closely with Sales to support technical understanding.
- Strong technical foundation in core banking domains, including modernization, pricing, billing, and systems architecture across retail, corporate, and commercial banking.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and reliable systems using microservices, APIs, and integration frameworks. Ability to integrate disparate systems and manage data flows.
- Proficiency in software design principles, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tooling.
- Knowledge of identity management, encryption, and regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001) to ensure compliance and data protection.
- Ability to produce clear, detailed architecture design documents for development and implementation teams.
- Minimum of 8+ years of banking domain experience and 12+ years of overall industry experience. Targeting a Senior-to-Director-level professional capable of shaping strategy and driving results across multiple teams and geographies.
- Strong enterprise SaaS and architecture background with the ability to support Sales throughout the technical sales cycle.
- Act as a technical pre-sales partner by shaping solution narratives, tailoring demos, and guiding prospects through architectural considerations.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client pain points and define high-level solution architectures.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and technical pitches by clearly articulating platform capabilities and integration approaches.
- Influence deal strategy by identifying risks, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs early.
- Bridge Sales and Delivery to ensure proposed architectures are feasible and align with implementation realities.

Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into business language for diverse audiences. - Collaboration & Leadership:

Capable of making balanced architectural decisions with incomplete information, weighing risk, cost, and performance.
