We specialize in standardizing and securing client environments, providing fully managed IT support, Microsoft 365 security, advanced threat protection, backup and disaster recovery, and ongoing compliance oversight so technology becomes a reliable business asset rather than a recurring risk.

We are seeking a skilled Computer & Network Technician who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to perform hands-on, onsite installations. This role supports day-to-day client operations, escalated support tickets, infrastructure projects, and physical installations of IT and networking equipment.

The ideal candidate is an excellent troubleshooter, a strong communicator, and someone who thrives in an MSP environment where priorities shift quickly and client impact matters.

• Provide support for servers, networks, cloud, and end users
• Handle ticket support during business hours; occasional after-hours work
• Perform onsite installations and maintenance
• Support infrastructure projects and assist senior technicians
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and identity management
• Manage Windows Server environments, backups, and virtualization
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and diagrams

• Minimum 1 year in an MSP or similar IT support environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, networking, and cloud systems
• Experience with:
• Microsoft 365 (Business Premium / Enterprise), Entra , Intune, Conditional Access
• Windows Server administration, modernization, and lifecycle upgrades
• Microsoft Hyper-V (host management, failover planning, performance tuning)
• Core networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewall policy, site-to-site & client VPNs)
• Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) platforms and software-based backup solutions
• Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms and IT documentation systems
• Understanding of WAN connectivity, fiber circuits, and redundancy

• Exposure to virtualization and cloud platforms (Hyper-V, Azure, or similar)
• Basic scripting or automation experience (Power Shell familiarity preferred)
• Working knowledge of backup and recovery processes for servers and business data
• Familiarity with common MSP tools, workflows, and service delivery models

• Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure fundamentals or equivalent)
• Entry-level networking or security certifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA)
• Any relevant vendor or industry certifications aligned with managed services

• Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM ET
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong documentation and diagramming abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
