We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. Both new and experienced brokers are welcomed. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing clients' insurance needs, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. This role involves proactive sales efforts, both outside and retail environments.

• Assess clients' insurance needs and advise on coverage options.
• Negotiate policy terms to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
• Use telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies.
• Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
• Stay updated on insurance products to effectively communicate benefits.

• Experience in insurance sales or related fields preferred; retail sales background advantageous.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.
• Excellent customer service skills and rapport-building abilities.
• RIBO Licensed preferred.
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking skills are assets.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs.
