Scope of Position:
Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Advocacy department. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of General Litigation practice, with a focus on Commercial Litigation, including General Commercial Disputes, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Construction, and Municipal law.
The candidate should have a transferable practice and will help lead the commercial litigation practice. This position is ideal for someone looking to expand their practice, increase their profile in the region, better serve current clients, and enhance advocacy skills within a collegial team environment in Ottawa.
