Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estates and Succession Lawyer to join our dynamic, full-service law firm based in Ottawa.
Salary - $100,000 - $130,000+ (Based on experience)
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience and an existing client base, with expertise in:
- Estates and estate administration
- Succession planning
- Trust and capacity matters
- Experience in disability planning or tax-related matters would be an asset.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in estates and succession law
- Existing client base in relevant practice areas
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client and community relationships
- French language skills (speaking and drafting) are a strong asset, though not required
