Do you enjoy staying organized and paying attention to detail? If so, Master could be just the place for you! We're looking for a new Warehouse Associate to join our Nepean, Ontario team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing shipments, checking for any stock damage, keeping inventory records accurate, and efficiently fulfilling customer orders.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM—no weekends!

Responsibilities- Receive goods, confirm quantities, and enter them into our system
- Pick and pack orders for sales, warehouse transfers, and courier deliveries
- Provide top‑note customer service
- Help customers load and unload parts by hand or with a forklift
- Stock shelves and organize overstock areas
- Keep work environment safe and clean
- Follow all company safety regulations
- Handle various other duties like opening crates, preparing orders, and inventory tasks
- Experience with forklift operation (counterbalance)
- Dangerous Goods certification (a plus!)
- Ability to lift/move heavy products (up to 50 lbs.)
- Team spirit and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Base Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types:
Annual bonus
Final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
