Expected Salary: $67,021 to $83,776

To determine final salary, Babcock considers a variety of factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience and internal equity. The final base salary offer is at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with Project Managers (PMs) to establish and maintain program and project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Participate in setting and monitoring the performance measurement baseline of projects varying in size and complexity.
• Monitor schedule adherence during the project lifecycle and assisting with recovery plan development to protect the critical path.
• Develop and maintain suitable metrics and reports such as: s‑curves, resource lookaheads, cost profiles, etc.
• Undertake Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Prepare scheduled what‑if scenarios, providing analysis and interpretation of results.
• Gather data and provide updates to project schedules to produce reliable, informed schedule forecasts.
