Manufacturing/Field Technician

We are looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing / Field Technician to assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical recycling equipment. This role combines in‑house mechanical assembly with on‑site field service at customer locations.

• Assemble and test mechanical equipment using technical drawings and tools
• Inspect, disassemble, and prepare machines for shipment
• Install equipment at customer sites, configure systems, and train operators
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair mechanical/electromechanical components
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Follow strict safety standards and promote a safety‑first culture

• High school diploma (technical training an asset)
• Field service, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Valid passport, driver’s license, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel frequently and lift up to 50 lbs.
