What You'll Do:
Grind, cut, and shape metal components using various grinding techniques.
Operate equipment to remove excess weld and polish metal
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
Inspect and maintain grinding equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Perform quality checks.
Help in other departments as needed.
What We're Looking For:
1 year experience as a welder in a similar role.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
