Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role collaborates with physicians and the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families.

• Assess and document patient needs and conditions
• Implement and follow physician orders accurately
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient status
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures
• Participate in outpatient procedures
• Maintain thorough and timely EMR documentation
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized patient care areas
• Provide leadership to LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks appropriately
• Support patients and families through education and discharge planning
• Collaborate effectively with all hospital departments

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/TNCC within 2 years)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills
