• Current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery experience within the last 1 year.
• Current experience with Cardiac Telemedicine/Telehealth within the last 1 year.
• Excellent computer skills and database experience.
• Demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to patient teaching and self-care education.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively as an active member of the health care team.
• Demonstrates well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
• Experience with care of cardiac patients in the community.
• Experience with telepractice.
• Experience with chronic disease management.
