Rotation/ Shifts
- Days, 8 hour shifts.
- For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change.
- Current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery experience within the last 1 year.
- Current experience with Cardiac Telemedicine/Telehealth within the last 1 year.
- Excellent computer skills and database experience.
- Demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to patient teaching and self-care education.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively as an active member of the health care team.
- Demonstrates well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
- Experience with care of cardiac patients in the community.
- Experience with telepractice.
- Experience with chronic disease management.
