• Supervise front‑line staff and ensure care delivery aligns with provincial legislation and Bayshore policies.
• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring patient assessments, care plans, treatments, and follow‑ups are accurate and efficient.
• Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and resolve patient concerns promptly.
• Liaise with hospital partners, funders, and government programs to support coordinated care and effective transitions.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training, performance management, and disciplinary processes in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety, public health standards, infection prevention, and control protocols.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and conduct audits of patient documentation to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Maintain data integrity in patient and staff databases and manage unit costs to meet financial targets.
• Assist in business development, contractual agreements, and strategic planning for program growth.
• Represent the unit at operational and community meetings and promote Bayshore Integrated Care Solutions.
• Serve as on‑call manager when required and support professional development activities.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario with current license in good standing.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in home care, hospital, retirement, or long‑term care settings.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; nursing diploma required.
• Completion of continuing education units (CEUs) as required by regulation.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care best practices, and infection prevention protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business technologies.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
