About the Future Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist opportunity:
Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and its amenities to prospective residentsProcess rental applications and lease agreementsRespond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that resident service requests are addressed promptlyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and leasing activityPlan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community, as neededContinuous engagement with residents throughout the duration of their tenancy - fostering tenant retention and a sense of communityOther duties as assignedWhat will you need to succeed:
3-5 years of prior experience in hospitality, property management or a related fieldExcellent customer service, sales and interpersonal skillsAbility to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.Strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to providing an exceptional resident experienceValid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locationsWhat will be in it for you?
