We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time)
Supervisor , you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible role model service standards coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a past pace environment, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.
