Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s goals of customer satisfaction and Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Infuse Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s values by orienting them to a standard of loving our customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met, build confidence, and provide a simple, comfortable experience.
• Observe and give feedback on Mobile Associates’ customer interactions for development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times, stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay current on products and training, and ensure team meets success metrics.
• Maintain store environment quality, adhere to visual standards, and execute retail procedures.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications, deliver financial results, and manage expenses and discounts.

Experience Required:

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead and mentor
• Excellent communication skills
